Overview
The Learning Experience Preschool at Anderson Mill is seeking a reliable, dedicated, and caring Preschool Teacher who truly enjoys working with young children. If you are passionate about early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule
* Available hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education for Preschool students (age
3)
* Follow daily schedules and classroom routines
* Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided)
* Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
* Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space
* Observe and assess children's development and progress
* Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships
* Collaborate positively with team members and assist with lunch breaks
* Use iPads to document and update children's activities
* Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children required
* 2-3 years of experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
* Experience with lesson planning and classroom management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively
* A nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
