School in the Hills is in its 18th year of providing authentic Montessori for hundreds of families while fostering an environment of grace and courtesy. Our Elementary program is thriving! We are now accepting applications for MACTE-accredited Certified Lead Guides at the Upper (9-12) Elementary level to join our Elementary team.

Job Requirements- MACTE accredited Montessori certification affiliated with AMS or AMI
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Experience working in a Montessori classroom
- A kind and genuine approach to children and their families
- Strong communication skills with a calm demeanor for leading groups of children
- We will consider sponsorship for Montessori certification for the right candidate with relevant teaching experience
Each team member receives training from our team with opportunities to receive sponsorship for additional training and career development.
