Overview

Fusion Academy is the school that changes everything! We are a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, where personalized education unlocks the full potential of each student. Every detail matters here, and as Office Manager, you will create a celebrity experience for all, making our campus feel welcoming, organized, and inspiring. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, the organizer behind the scenes, and the go-to support for staff, families, and students.

Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

• Create a warm, professional first impression and ongoing celebrity experience for all visitors.
• Keep campus operations running smoothly — including records, tuition payments, student medications & communications.
• Support events like Graduation, Prom, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically inviting campus.

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Experience in administration, education, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A positive, detail-oriented presence that makes others feel supported.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. If a bonus applies, more information will be given at offer.

Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
