Special Education Teacher

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse learners, strong skills in differentiated instruction, and a passion for literacy development in grades K-12.

• Provide targeted instruction to students with IEPs in an inclusive and/or pull-out setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in collaboration with the IEP team.
• Use data-driven strategies to assess student progress and adapt instruction as needed.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and respectful classroom environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Texas Teaching Certification Required.
• Experience teaching all grade levels.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based literacy practices and multi-tiered systems of support.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
