What if every play interaction could drive measurable progress in child development? Alpha's approach to education breaks from conventional models. Our PreK program integrates play-based learning design with live developmental tracking — no scripted lessons, no procedural checklists. You will create responsive learning frameworks across all readiness areas, guide a team of classroom Guides to execute them with both precision and enthusiasm, and monitor quantifiable milestone achievement for each child.

This role demands active leadership. Approximately one-third of your time will be classroom-based — demonstrating facilitation methods, observing teaching moments, and conducting alignment reviews. The remainder involves curriculum creation, coaching Guides toward concrete, trackable objectives, and delivering data-informed family communications. You will witness tangible outcomes: four‑year‑olds reaching developmental markers ahead of schedule, Guides elevating their performance metrics consistently, and families becoming program champions.

Guide the team. Shape the learning. Apply today.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conduct individual and small‑group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective strategies and recognizing quantifiable progress
  • Create and lead play‑based instructional sessions that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, demonstrating exemplary practice for your team
  • Evaluate and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating alignment sessions to maintain visibility of milestone tracking
  • Develop family communications and conduct team coordination meetings that synchronize objectives and strengthen collective commitment to campus PreK readiness targets
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Implementing prescriptive lesson plans or compliance‑focused protocols — you'll build flexible, play‑centered frameworks informed by actual performance data
  • Delivering a predetermined curriculum from external sources — you control the quarterly and weekly instructional architecture
  • Operating independently without systematic feedback — coaching dialogues and calibration sessions are embedded in your weekly rhythm
  • Overseeing K‑12 learners using digital platforms — this position is entirely focused on early childhood, physical, classroom‑based engagement
