Traditional elementary schools reduce expectations when a child falls behind. You do the opposite. You know that a six-year-old can accomplish far more than conventional classrooms demand, and you have used measurable outcomes to demonstrate it repeatedly.

Alpha operates on a two-hour learning framework. In the morning, adaptive applications handle academic content, freeing your schedule for the work that genuinely transforms a child's trajectory: motivation, life skills, direct coaching, and accountability. You directly own a cohort of K-3 learners while also coaching the Guides—Alpha's term for the adults who mentor and inspire students—who manage their daily development. You remain hands‑on each day rather than supervising remotely from an administrative office.

Your typical workday rotates among three core activities. You analyze performance metrics and Coachbot data to identify which students and Guides need intervention. You facilitate coaching sessions that equip people with concrete next actions rather than generic praise. And you command the focus of a room filled with five‑to‑nine‑year‑olds during workshops addressing public speaking, concentration, or peer feedback.

When you identify effective approaches, you document them. The frameworks you create establish the benchmark that every other Guide implements, expanding your influence from a single cohort to an entire grade level. Demonstrating your ability to replicate that quality is the pathway to greater leadership responsibility here.

• Coaching both Guides and students by analyzing performance metrics, observing classrooms, and providing direct feedback, then ensuring both groups meet measurable objectives
• Leading one-hour live workshops for K‑3 students focused on life skills including public speaking, concentration, teamwork, resilience, accountability, and peer feedback
• Conducting individual and small‑group sessions that link each child's personal interests and goals to tangible academic achievement
• Creating and iterating on playbooks that convert your proven methods into replicable frameworks other Guides can apply reliably
• Training Guides on these playbooks and demonstrating exemplary facilitation so quality standards remain intact as the team expands

• Teaching academic lessons or presenting lectures at the front of a classroom; adaptive apps deliver content while you develop people
• Reducing standards when a student encounters difficulty
• Managing from afar in the manner typical of instructional coaches or principals; you remain actively involved with your cohort every day
• Overseeing campus‑wide budget, operations, or parent communication; a Campus Lead handles those responsibilities so you can concentrate on student and Guide performance
• Advocating for traditional instructional approaches or adhering to a standard K‑12 curriculum

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or a related field
• At least 5 years working with elementary‑aged children (roughly ages 5 to
  9)
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people, including authority to hire and to remove people based on performance outcomes
• Experience building, launching, or significantly growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up, not inheriting an existing one
• Comfortable working in a school that rejects traditional teaching methods
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
