• Assisting Site Coordinator in daily managerial tasks on campus, filling in for After School Site Coordinator when needed.
• Serving as a Lead Instructor on site by implementing and modeling instruction of daily activities in various enrichment classes.
• Maintaining classroom management and monitoring and maintaining child safety on playground and during snack break.
• Providing homework assistance and actively engaging with students.
• Organizing materials and maintaining a child‑friendly space.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, peers, and parents.
• Supporting the iKids mission to provide high quality enrichment, tutoring, and care.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a group setting (e.g., camps, coaching, teaching, group tutoring, childcare, child development, teacher assistance, special education, child therapy, instructional assistance, or substitute teaching).
• Energetic, engaging, dependable, flexible, with strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to work 5 weekday afternoons, Monday‑Friday, from 2:30 – 6:00 PM (12–17 hours per week) during the Austin elementary school calendar (August – May).
• Reliable, independent transportation to and from the assigned location.

• After school: day shift Monday to Friday.
• No nights, no weekends.

Competitive pay rates starting at $17 per hour and up to $19 per hour.
