To support efforts and ensure fidelity of implementation of the OnRamps Statistics course by coordinating a high‑level instructional and professional development service and support to OnRamps Instructors.
Responsibilities- Support OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars; develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and problem‑solving with professionalism and decorum.
- Develop and implement annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring in collaboration with Course Leads, the OnRamps Assistant Director, and the Professional Learning and Development team to enhance course implementation aligned to the OnRamps Four Pillars.
- Implement ongoing professional development and learning activities through weekly communication, monthly virtual meetings, and professional learning institutes, fostering a facilitated network of OnRamps Instructors.
- Develop and implement interventions for instructors facing implementation challenges, including virtual meetings, coaching support, video examples, and video streaming into classes.
- Use data to ensure fidelity of implementation of OnRamps courses, analyzing instructor engagement, pacing, submission rates, and performance; support fidelity through resources and academic integrity investigations.
- Facilitate an instructor support system using mentor instructors and online platforms, creating video resources that model pedagogy and challenging content.
- Support and engage in special projects assigned that support the mission and strategic direction of OnRamps.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of high school teaching and learning.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders with decorum and tact.
- Three years of teaching experience at a high school.
- Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers.
- Proficiency with Canvas Learning Management System or another LMS.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet or another project management system.
- Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences using a respectful, client‑focused approach.
- Five years of teaching experience at a high school.
$60,000 + depending on qualifications
Working Conditions- Position requires up to 5% travel throughout the state of Texas.
- Weekends and evenings may be required to support course implementation, including during professional learning institutes and enrollment deadlines.
