The Diagnostic Implementation & Quality Assurance Specialist will support the development of operations related to diagnostics conducted with the Effective Schools Framework and Effective District Framework, including logistics for training, stakeholder communications, vendor support, and the facilitation and management of data systems to track and progress monitor training and facilitator effectiveness.
The Diagnostic Implementation & Quality Assurance Specialist will also support internal alignment of diagnostics content, language, and reporting and establish systems for collecting and analyzing data and providing feedback to inform continuous improvement. Additionally, this role includes a focus on quality assurance evaluations aligned to the program and department goals. The diagnostic process will be implemented through the following programmatic vehicles:
The Effective Schools Framework (ESF), The Effective District Framework (EDF), and Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL).
The Diagnostic Implementation & Quality Assurance Specialist will report to the Director of Diagnostics Strategy and Development, closely partnering with the director and senior agency leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate the supports above. The Specialist will be responsible for data management related to diagnostics content training and supports. The role will involve interactions and relationship‑building with ESCs, external vendors, and internal TEA and external stakeholder engagement to ensure content and supports provided incorporate our strongest content expertise and field feedback.
This role sits within TEA's Division of District Strategic Leadership, which supports superintendents, districts, and campuses across Texas with strategic planning, performance management, and research‑based best practices.
