At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), weâre looking for a dedicated Diagnostic Medical Sonography Instructor to inspire, mentor, and prepare students for success in a rapidly evolving healthcare field.
In this role, youâll create a dynamic, student-centered learning environment where students can build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to thrive in their careers.
What Youâll Do- Deliver competency-based instruction aligned with CHCPâs curriculum model
- Design and implement engaging, innovative learning experiences
- Provide personalized instruction and evaluation to support student success
- Foster a positive, collaborative classroom environment that promotes engagement
- Offer timely feedback and support
, helping students overcome challenges - Maintain accurate records and actively participate in faculty meetings and campus initiatives
- Integrate real-world sonography experience into classroom instruction
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong connections with students
- Adaptable teaching style to meet diverse learning needs
- Strong lesson planning, organization, and classroom management skills
- Passion for education and commitment to student success and growth
- Proficiency in educational technology and openness to innovation
- Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to continuous improvement
- Associateâs degree in a related field (required)
- Required registries: AB, OB/GYN, and RVT
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time sonography experience
- Demonstrated teaching or instructional skills
- Highly organized, confident communicator, and passionate about education
