About the Position
We are seeking fun, experienced, and professional flute, clarinet, and saxophone instructors to teach part-time at our Northwest Austin location, Northwest School of Music. This teacher will be instructing IN PERSON at our school.
Teachers can set their own availability, but preference will be given to applicants who are available on Saturdays.
Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $28-$32/hour. A 401(k) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.

Qualifications- Degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience.
