Position for teaching assistant for undergraduate biology courses in the College of Natural Sciences. Part‑time or full‑time positions are available for the upcoming academic year.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a teaching assistant for undergraduate biology courses.
• Assist instructors in course preparation, grading, and classroom support.
• May be assigned to one or more courses in Biology Instruction Office, Molecular Biology, Integrative Biology, or Neuroscience.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current employee with at least six continuous months of employment at UT Austin.
• At least one supervisor reference.
• Resume or CV, three work references with contact information, and a letter of interest.
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check.

Employment Eligibility

• Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited through University‑Wide or Open Recruiting.
• Staff who are promotion/transfer eligible may apply for positions without supervisor approval.
