Qualifications And Experience
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid and current state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in an educational or school‑based setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological assessments to support special education eligibility and programming
  • Provide direct counseling services and interventions to students, both individually and in groups, to address academic, behavioral, or social‑emotional challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and support staff to develop and implement evidence‑based interventions and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and help design behavior intervention strategies as needed
  • Partner with families to foster positive home‑school connections, offering consultation and guidance on student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute informed recommendations to support students’ success
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements
