Purpose:
Student Associates within the School of Civic Leadership will assist the Undergraduate Studies Office with day to day administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the office to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Assist with planning and setup for prospective student visits, departmental programs, and special events.
- Provide faculty support by preparing and printing course readings and materials.
- Coordinate with other campus offices to share information and deliver documents or items as needed.
- Greet and communicate effectively with prospective students and their families during visits.
- Assist faculty and staff with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks.
Current UT student in good academic standing.
Salary Range$18.50/hr
