Purpose:

Student Associates within the School of Civic Leadership will assist the Undergraduate Studies Office with day to day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the office to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Assist with planning and setup for prospective student visits, departmental programs, and special events.
  • Provide faculty support by preparing and printing course readings and materials.
  • Coordinate with other campus offices to share information and deliver documents or items as needed.
  • Greet and communicate effectively with prospective students and their families during visits.
  • Assist faculty and staff with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks.
Required Qualifications

Current UT student in good academic standing.

Salary Range

$18.50/hr
