As an academic mentor at GT School, you will help a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students progress through material 5–10× faster than conventional classrooms permit. Your mission is to continually raise expectations by facilitating one‑hour workshops on essential life skills—public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback—and conducting personalized motivation sessions that leverage Coachbot analytics to align individual goals with tangible progress.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitate one‑hour workshops on life skills for 15–20 K–12 learners, drawing on GT School’s curriculum and your own academic credentials.
  • Conduct personalized motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics to monitor each student’s progress in learning applications relative to their objectives.
  • Oversee mastery‑based Test2

Pass evaluations to verify student skill acquisition.
  • Adjust instructional delivery dynamically through storytelling, credibility earned from your background, and AI‑enhanced personalization to maintain challenge and engagement for gifted students.
  • Monitor performance against benchmarks of 100% goal‑completion and 95% student satisfaction.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Running a conventional classroom—every learner in this environment has chosen to participate.
  • Grading assignments, producing report cards, or managing the bureaucratic tasks typical of traditional teaching positions.
  • Preparing students for standardized tests or meeting external assessment requirements.
  • Simplifying material—students are equipped to engage with the complete depth of your knowledge.
  • Engaging with disengaged or average‑paced learners.
