Literacy First in Austin (Bastrop area) seeks Ameri Corps tutors for the 2026-27 school year to conduct 30- or 36-hour weekly, one-on-one reading tutoring for K–2 students using our scripted curriculum.
You’ll receive pre-service training, ongoing literacy trainings, and a 9-month term from September 1, 2026 through May 28, 2027, plus a monthly living stipend and the Segal Education Award. Program benefits include UT perks and staff support.
