Alpha School seeks a Youth Development Coach to mentor students at our most demanding campuses. You will not teach lectures or grade papers; you will coach, run life‑skills workshops, and use data to identify blockers, then apply disciplined, high‑rigor guidance to drive sustained growth.
This is a full‑time, in‑person role at Alpha's Austin campus, contracted through Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $75 USD per hour (about $150,000 USD per year) with weekly payments.
