Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Austin Texas (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Time: 8am to 5pm
Pay Range: $27/hr to $34/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a "Instructional Designer" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Responsibilities- Design and develop instructional materials, including virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training content and instruction.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of content.
- Write straightforward, clear, concise, and engaging content for a sales and clinical audience across various learning formats (facilitator and participant guides, classroom activities, presentations, etc.).
- Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
- Years of experience required: 2-4
- Required education level/certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field. - Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner requirements to create tailored instructional solutions.
- Incorporate practices in instructional design and content development.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content writing.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g. iSpring, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of multimedia design and development is a plus.
