Responsibilities
- Plan leadership retreats and create opportunities for leadership development and team building.
- Co‑create and implement assessment plan for students participating in leadership development opportunities.
- Research and share resources with student leaders and advisors.
- Support and assist the Manager for Student Leadership and Advising with development and implementation of student leadership opportunities for Residence Life.
- Present small and large scale programs, activities, and training for students and staff.
- Attend departmental meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Admitted to the University of Texas at Austin’s Graduate Program
- Graduate students enrolled for master's and/or Doctoral degree in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy
- Graduate students with experience or background in housing and Residence Life
Demonstrates expertise in planning and implementing leadership development programs, with a focus on team building and student engagement. Possesses strong research and presentation skills to effectively support student leaders and advisors in Residence Life.
