Greater Austin YMCA is seeking an After school Youth Development Leader for a seasonal, part-time role aligned to the school year. Shifts run Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM at elementary schools in the Austin area, Manor, and Kyle/Buda.
You will create a safe, engaging environment for children ages 4–12, supporting social-emotional growth, academics, and afternoon enrichment. You will supervise groups, follow curriculum, communicate with families, and participate in staff development.
