Elevate Healthcare is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and skilled
Clinical Educator with a strong background in clinical education and simulation and holds active clinical licensure. This role will support both internal education for interdisciplinary departments and external customer and stakeholder education, helping to elevate healthcare learning and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in content delivery, skilled in content development, and comfortable producing and editing high-quality education content.

This position is based in Austin, Texas and requires on-site presence.

This position reports to the Group Leader, Clinical & Outcome Solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver simulation-based education and training programs for internal teams and customers
• Support interdisciplinary clinical education across departments at Elevate Healthcare
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create instructional content, eLearning modules, and guides
• Participates in product design, research and development requirements for new and emerging educational products
• Participates in establishing and maintaining the educational requirements for products in ecosystem
• Responsible for project management of major initiatives as assigned
• Coordinates product education initiatives, including educational design, with others to ensure a sound pedagogical basis
• Participation as required in major educational initiatives
• Conducts product education activities at Elevate Healthcare sites or customer sites as required
• Lead live and virtual educational sessions for company stakeholders and customers
• Develop, produce, and edit educational content with strong attention to accuracy and quality
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to all content
• Ensure alignment with best practices in simulation education and current clinical standards
• Gather and apply feedback to continuously improve training and education offerings
• Maintain a learner-focused, outcomes-driven approach across all training and education experiences
• Attends major education conferences to support Elevate Healthcare and customers, attend workshops, and react to any significant emerging trends

Experience Requirements:

• Active clinical licensure (RN, RT, Paramedic, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, RT, Paramedic or similar, Healthcare Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical education and simulation
• Previous work in a simulation center or healthcare training environment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent public speaking skills; organizational skills, communication skills – both written and verbal
• Must be based in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate
• Travel required for training and education

Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, RT, Paramedic or similar, Healthcare Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and editing educational video content
• Proficiency with education editing tools
• Background in instructional design, adult learning, or eLearning development
• Experience using LMS platforms and virtual learning tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull and transport simulators and associated equipment
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing; computer use; video production and presentation
• Able to facilitate education in both live and virtual environments
