Elite competitors
- Olympians, World Champions, D1 First Team All-Americans- understand what it takes to perform at the highest level. The question is: can you turn that experience into structured coaching methods that drive real student transformation?
Texas Sports Academy offers a new arena: developing champions by getting directly involved-not observing from the sidelines. Your role is to coach students daily, pushing them past barriers and building breakthrough habits. You won't simply recount your achievements. Instead, you'll convert elite-level discipline into concrete motivational tools, run engaging resilience workshops, and lead high-intensity practices where every participant is held to championship expectations.
Austin provides ideal conditions: year-round outdoor facilities, a vibrant sports ecosystem, and a purpose-driven environment where your competitive background becomes the blueprint for mentoring tomorrow's leaders.
Coach with intent. Drive transformation.
What You Will Be Doing- Conducting proactive one-on-one motivation sessions where athletic discipline is translated into concrete, actionable coaching frameworks
- Facilitating high-energy morning assemblies that activate the entire student population
- Delivering hands-on workshops focused on life skills, actively coaching students through exercises in resilience, goal-setting, and leadership
- Leading structured afternoon athletic sessions that embody championship principles: creating drills, driving intensity, refining technique, and teaching grit and collaboration through sport (not merely supervising activity)
- Engaging proactively with every student across the day: moving through the space during independent learning blocks, stepping in to re-energize students who are struggling, and identifying moments that can spark critical breakthroughs
- Observing from a distance or serving in a symbolic capacity: this role demands active involvement—you'll be on the ground running sessions, engaging directly with students, and making real-time interventions.
- Delivering traditional classroom instruction or adhering to academic lesson plans: students use adaptive learning technology for academics. Your focus is life coaching, motivational support, and teaching transferable skills through sport and mentorship.
