Implementation Coordinator – Economics
Supports efforts and ensures fidelity of implementation of the OnRamps Economics course to coordinate a high-level of instructional and professional development service and support to OnRamps Instructors.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
- Developing and implementing annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
- Implementing on-going professional development and learning activities through weekly communication, monthly virtual meetings, and professional learning institutes.
- Developing and implementing interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
- Utilizing data to ensure fidelity of implementation of OnRamps courses.
- Supporting an instructor support system using mentor instructors and online platforms.
- Supporting and engaging in designated special projects as assigned.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, education, or related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree in Economics, education, or related field.
- Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers.
- Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.
- Proficient in Smartsheet or other Project Management system.
- Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences.
- Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
Salary: $60,000 + depending on qualifications.
Working conditions may include:
- Standard office conditions.

- Use of manual dexterity.
