Implementation Coordinator – Economics

Supports efforts and ensures fidelity of implementation of the OnRamps Economics course to coordinate a high-level of instructional and professional development service and support to OnRamps Instructors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
  • Developing and implementing annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
  • Implementing on-going professional development and learning activities through weekly communication, monthly virtual meetings, and professional learning institutes.
  • Developing and implementing interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
  • Utilizing data to ensure fidelity of implementation of OnRamps courses.
  • Supporting an instructor support system using mentor instructors and online platforms.
  • Supporting and engaging in designated special projects as assigned.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, education, or related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Economics, education, or related field.
  • Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers.
  • Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet or other Project Management system.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences.
  • Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.

Salary: $60,000 + depending on qualifications.

Working conditions may include:

  • Standard office conditions.
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
  • Shared desk environment.
  • Hybrid work environment.
  • Climbing of stairs.
  • Use of manual dexterity.
