Lead classrooms in preschool and early learning environments. Follow provided lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere. Adapt quickly to different centers' routines and curricula. Provide timely feedback to Hello Subs and partner centers for continuous improvement.

An aspiring or experienced early childhood educator ready to gain or share hands-on expertise. Passionate about nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive growth in ages 2–5. Dependable, adaptable, and confident managing small groups in dynamic settings. Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable local transportation.

Industry-Leading Compensation & Benefits $120–$160 per day, based on assignment location and center type. W-2 employment — we handle with holdings. Direct deposit every Friday. Total Flexibility Full- or part-time, with zero minimum hours. Pick and choose assignments that fit your life—mornings, afternoons, or full days. Minimum one year of experience working with children ages 2–5 (less experience considered for candidates with relevant training). High school diploma or higher; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's preferred. Willingness to complete state background and health screenings. U.S. work authorization with reliable transportation.
