Senior Implementation Coordinator - Rhetoric
Supports efforts and ensures fidelity of implementation of the OnRamps Rhetoric course to coordinate a high-level of instructional and professional development service and support to OnRamps Instructors.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
- Developing and implementing annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for Onramps instructors.
- Leading the implementation of on-going professional development and learning activities.
- Developing and implementing interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
- Creating systems using data to ensure fidelity of implementation of OnRamps courses.
- Leading an instructor support system using mentor instructors and online platforms.
- Supporting and engaging in designated special projects as assigned.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric, English, education, or related field.
- Three years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
- Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree in Rhetoric, English, education, or related field.
- Five years teaching experience at a high school.
- Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers.
- Proficiency in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or other Project Management system.
- Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences.
Salary: $70,000 + depending on qualifications.
Working conditions include:
- Up to 5% travel throughout the state of Texas.
- Possible weekend and evening work.
- May work around standard office conditions.
- Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
- Shared desk environment.
- Hybrid work environment.
- Climbing of stairs.
- Use of manual dexterity.
