The Learning Experience Preschool at Anderson Mill is seeking a reliable, dedicated, and caring Toddler Teacher who truly enjoys working with toddlers. Preferred work time would be from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for toddlers
• Follow daily schedules and classroom routines
• Implement lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships
• Collaborate positively with team members and assist with lunch breaks
• Use iPads to document and update children's activities
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience working with 24 months to 36 months required
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
• Experience with lesson planning and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively
• A nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
