What if intentional play could drive quantifiable gains in child development?
Alpha reimagines early education. Our PreK model merges play-driven curriculum with live developmental tracking — free from scripted lessons and compliance boxes. You will architect adaptive thematic learning across all readiness domains, mentor a team of Guides to execute them with both rigor and enthusiasm, and monitor meaningful milestone achievement for each child under your care.
This role demands active, visible leadership. Approximately one-third of your time will be spent directly in learning spaces — demonstrating facilitation methods, observing classroom dynamics, and conducting alignment reviews. The remainder is dedicated to curriculum architecture, coaching Guides toward concrete performance metrics, and delivering data-informed updates to families. Your influence will be tangible: four-year-olds reaching developmental markers ahead of schedule, Guides elevating their quality metrics consistently, and families becoming vocal supporters.
Develop the Guides. Architect the experience.
What You Will Be Doing- Conduct individualized and small-group coaching with PreK Guides, demonstrating instructional methods and recognizing measurable achievements
- Architect and lead play-centered learning experiences that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for your team
- Audit and refine Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric fidelity and clear next steps, facilitating alignment meetings that maintain visibility into milestone tracking
- Compose family communications and coordinate team briefings that unify focus and sustain collective accountability toward PreK readiness benchmarks
- Executing scripted lesson plans or compliance-focused protocols — you'll create responsive, play-driven themes informed by actual performance data
- Delivering a prescribed curriculum from external sources — you are accountable for quarterly and weekly learning architecture
- Operating independently without structured feedback — coaching dialogues and alignment reviews are embedded weekly
- Supervising K-12 learners using digital platforms — this position centers entirely on early childhood, tactile, classroom-based engagement
