You'll train the Guides who engage directly with students, transforming them into outstanding coaches instead of traditional instructors.

You'll facilitate life skills sessions that students carry with them for years.

You'll analyze performance metrics to pinpoint where students or Guides need support and guide them toward excellence.

You'll simultaneously manage your own student group, embodying the very standards you uphold.

• Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching framework with precision, enthusiasm, and unwavering standards.
• Facilitate dynamic life skills sessions addressing communication, concentration, constructive feedback, leadership, and resilience for students in grades K-8 using established frameworks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to surface coaching needs, eliminate obstacles, and produce quantifiable progress weekly.
• Conduct motivational sessions that empower each student to embrace challenging goals and reliably attain them.
• Oversee your own student cohort while exemplifying the coaching rigor and accountability expected across all Guides.

• Delivering instruction in academic subjects. Core academics are mastered by students independently via AI-enabled learning platforms.
• Drafting lesson plans or developing curriculum materials. Your responsibility is world-class coaching, not producing instructional content.
• Controlling classrooms with lectures, worksheets, or behavioral management systems. Students direct their own learning; you coach the behaviors that enable success.
• Reducing standards to sidestep challenging discussions. Rigorous expectations and authentic belief in every student's capability are inseparable.
• Defining success through activity volume rather than actual outcomes. Impact outweighs effort on its own.
