Teacher Aide *Up to $19​/hr

Teacher Aide position for a 36‑week contract in or near Austin, Texas. The role supports students with non‑verbal and developmental delays, implementing behavior strategies and assisting with daily routines.

• Assist non‑verbal and developmentally delayed students with daily routines and learning activities
• Implement behavior management strategies, such as token systems and first‑then boards
• Support students’ social and emotional development within a classroom setting
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to tailor individual education plans
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence to motivate students

• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar roles
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with first‑then boards and token systems
• Experience with behavior management techniques
• Ability to work with non‑verbal and developmentally delayed students
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Energetic and flexible attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to implement behavior strategies in a classroom setting
