Chess Wizards is seeking a Lead Teacher Trainer to join our Austin program, leading engaging, age-appropriate chess classes for 10–15 elementary students after school.
You will train and coach other instructors, align performance with customer expectations, and coordinate with the Area Manager to visit programs, deliver feedback, and ensure quality across schools. Availability after school is required.
