Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a passionate Substitute Early Childhood Teacher to create a warm, supportive learning environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. You will implement daily routines, guide exploration-based activities, and collaborate with staff to foster growth and safety.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field or a CDA credential, plus CPR/First Aid and background checks. Availability Monday–Friday and a commitment to child development are essential.
