The Learning Experience Preschool at Anderson Mill is seeking a reliable, dedicated, and caring Preschool Teacher who truly enjoys working with young children. Available hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities include providing high-quality care and education for Preschool students (age
3), following daily schedules and classroom routines, implementing lesson plans (monthly curriculum materials provided), maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment, fostering a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space, observing and assessing children's development and progress, communicating effectively with parents and building strong relationships, collaborating positively with team members and assisting with lunch breaks, using iPads to document and update children's activities, and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children required, 2–3 years of experience preferred, strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, experience with lesson planning and classroom management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to use technology (iPads) effectively, and a nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
