Job Description Summary
To provide program assistance and support to Distance Learning.
Job Description- Work in collaboration with Instructional Designers, instructors and subject‑matter experts to develop instructional materials
- Complete tasks assigned to build and develop materials in the LMS course shells
- Ensure the timely development of accessible instructional materials
- Assist with follow‑up and support to instructors as they incorporate materials into their courses.
- Assist in course design, development and review process.
- Assist in the development of training and workshop materials.
- Compiles data and produces routine reports or documents.
- Provide support for college wide DE activities and events.
- Other duties and committee work as assigned.
- Customer service techniques.
- Multimedia design techniques.
- Current distance learning technologies.
- Maintaining an established work schedule.
- Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills.
- Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Entering data, maintaining files, and performing other clerical duties.
- Maintaining confidentiality of work‑related information and materials.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Use a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Work Space.
- Use Learning Management System
- Multimedia design and development tools.
- Two years related work experience.
- Associate Degree or educational equivalent.
- Bachelor degree.
- Work is performed in a standard office or similar environment.
- Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds.
