Montessori Certification Requirement: An AMI or AMS recognized Montessori certification (3-6 age group) is required for this position. Summary We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at MOTESSORI KIDS UNIVERSE OF LEANDER. In this role, you will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages the growth and development of preschool-aged children. Your contributions will be vital in shaping their educational journey.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the Montessori method.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning styles.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Manage classroom behavior in a constructive manner to promote a respectful atmosphere.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred.
• Experience with the Montessori teaching method is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of toddler care and preschool education principles.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
