This assistant principal position is located at the UT Elementary in Austin, Texas. The University of Texas Elementary School (UTES) is a public charter school and follows all state and federal regulations for public school services. UTES is part of the University of Texas at Austin's College of Education.
PurposeAssist principal with day to day operations of the school.
Responsibilities- Support the ongoing professional development of teachers, faculty and staff.
- Analyze campus data to inform instructional practices, intervention programming and professional development on campus.
- Promote positive campus culture by working collaboratively with parents, teachers, university and community partners.
Master's degree. At least 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary or middle school level.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred QualificationsFluent Spanish Speaker. Experience in at least one of the following Special Education, Intervention Services or LPAC
Salary Range$65,000 + depending on qualifications
