, is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Training Department supporting operators, mentors, training supervisors, and project managers

Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer
Location: Austin, TX, 78741
Pay Range:$33/HR.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)

What's the Job?
  • Provide training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstrations, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Evaluate operator proficiency by grading hands‑on assessments and conducting formal performance audits.
  • Review daily performance feedback and address training gaps identified by mentors and team stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Training Supervisors to improve training materials and identify opportunities to strengthen the curriculum.
  • Maintain operational knowledge by fulfilling monthly service requirements and supporting training initiatives across multiple locations.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in autonomous vehicle operations, training, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop learners.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced team environment while improving operational efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time and adjust schedules to support training events as needed.
