Content Management Ramp Student Associate, UT Libraries (Work Study)

The Content Management Ramp Student Associate supports the daily operations of the Processing and Acquisitions Units through processing of the physical materials.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end processing for library physical resources by applying UTL stamps, security strips, spine labels, and other processing elements as required.
• Unpack and process materials in the library management system and route materials to appropriate locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current UT Austin student with a Federal Work Study award
• Detail oriented and able to work independently

• Familiarity working in a library environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

$14.00 per hour

• Typical office and library environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• 10 hours per week
• Work hours can be scheduled Monday-Friday, between 8am-6pm
• Work must be done on-site in the Perry Castañeda Library (PCL)
