YMCA Austin is seeking an After school Youth Development Leader for a seasonal, part-time program at local elementary schools. You will create a safe, engaging environment and lead activities that support social-emotional learning and academic growth.
You will supervise groups, ensure safety, and follow curriculum while communicating with families to help children ages 4–12 thrive. Weekends off and a free YMCA membership are included.
