A leading, vertically integrated energy technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of on-site power solutions across North America. This role sits at the intersection of energy storage, natural gas generation, and large-scale power demand.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how next-generation power systems are deployed, helping customers unlock faster, more efficient, and more reliable energy solutions.
The OpportunityWith the rapid growth of data centers and other high-load applications, developers are increasingly turning to on-site natural gas generation to accelerate power availability.
Pairing this with advanced battery storage enables:
- Improved system reliability
- Smoother power delivery under highly variable loads
- Optimization of turbine performance
- 20% overall system cost improvements
This role focuses on bringing those solutions to market.
What You’ll Do- Build strategic partnerships with on-site power developers, EPCs, and generator OEMs
- Provide consultative, technical business development support to customers evaluating integrated power solutions
- Identify and articulate new value propositions for energy storage in gas generation systems
- Expand into emerging markets and applications, including:
- Data centers
- Oil & gas
- Remote/off-grid mining
- Grid-connected asset optimization
- Translate technical constraints into commercial solutions
- Background in power generation, energy, or infrastructure
- Experience with natural gas turbines or reciprocating engines (OEM, developer, or EPC background preferred)
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability to engage in technical discussions
- Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing, consultative role
- Comfortable with both technical depth and strategic thinking
- Ability to identify what truly matters to customers and tailor solutions accordingly
- Work on cutting-edge solutions at the forefront of energy + data infrastructure
- High-visibility role with direct impact on market expansion and product strategy
