* About the role:
** A
** Traffic & Revenue Engineer
** is responsible for analyzing traffic and socioeconomic data to develop accurate and reliable traffic and revenue forecasts. They play a crucial role in the feasibility analysis of new project developments by providing data-driven insights and models for long-term traffic & revenue forecasts. A Traffic & Revenue Engineer also utilizes the knowledge gathered through the analysis of the data to develop long-term revenue forecasts of existing projects in Cintra’s portfolio.

* Key responsibilities:
*** Conduct comprehensive analysis of traffic and socioeconomic data within the concession companies and their area of influence.
* Develop and maintain sophisticated spreadsheet-based models to project traffic and revenue, considering historical data and prevailing economic conditions.
* Prepare traffic & revenue related memos examining trends, leading indicators and travel patterns, present findings and forecasts to supervisors and company executives.
* Stay abreast of regional policies, market trends, and technological advancements that may impact traffic and revenue projections.
