Senior Electrical Superintendent – Indianapolis, IN

Large-Scale Mission Critical Data Center Project. Tasked with managing all electrical-related activities on a multi‑year construction effort, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top safety and quality standards.

Location:

Indianapolis, IN. Daily Per Diem paid if working out of area.

• Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and oversee a team of ~100 electricians, ensuring their work meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Handle mission‑critical aspects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable.
• Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large‑scale, complex construction projects.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.

• 10+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Proven experience on large‑scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Demonstrated expertise in mission‑critical data‑center projects (experience in EV, Pharma, or related areas is acceptable).
• Strong skills in site coordination and smooth project execution.
• Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
• Union experience, currently or in the past.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
