A rapidly growing renewable energy developer and independent power producer (IPP) is seeking a n Associate Asset Manag
er to support its expanding portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy assets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization focused on developing, financing, constructing, and operating large-scale renewable energy projects across the United States.
Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, this individual will play a key role in the technical, financial, commercial, and regulatory management of renewable energy assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys collaborating with internal teams, external partners, service providers, and contractors to optimize asset performance and ensure compliance.

Ensure timely regulatory filings and compliance with industry requirements, including ERCOT, EIA, NERC, and - PUCT.Monitor and administer compliance across project agreements, inclu

Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, including availability, curtailment, weather impacts, and operational t - rends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to identify optimization opportun - ities.
Create, track, and manage key performance indicators ( - KPIs).Drive process improvements and ensure data inte
- Support Review daily work logs and operational plans to ensure equipment issues and work orders are addressed pr

Manage spare parts inventory and track lead times to minimize downtime and improve relia - nagement
Validate vendor invoices and support financial c - ontrols.
Review monthly market settlements and identify discre - pancies.
Track monthly P&L performance against budget and explain va

Own reporting processes for lenders, regulatory bodies, compliance teams, and operational stak - eholders.
Coordinate and oversee third-party service providers and onsite support f - unctions.
Support insurance renewals and monitor landowner/lease obl - igations.
Conduct site visits as needed to ensure operational ex - ifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Finance, Economics, Business, or a rela - ted field.
3+ years of experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, or solar o - perations.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and contractual ob - ligations.
Experience working with utility-scale renewable energy assets - preferred.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communicati - on skills.
High attention to detail and strong organization - al skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Planner, and related app
