A rapidly growing renewable energy developer and independent power producer (IPP) is seeking a n Associate Asset Manag
er to support its expanding portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy assets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization focused on developing, financing, constructing, and operating large-scale renewable energy projects across the United States.

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, this individual will play a key role in the technical, financial, commercial, and regulatory management of renewable energy assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys collaborating with internal teams, external partners, service providers, and contractors to optimize asset performance and ensure compliance.

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Finance, Economics, Business, or a rela
• ted field.
  3+ years of experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, or solar o
• perations.
  
  Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and contractual ob
• ligations.
  
  Experience working with utility-scale renewable energy assets
• preferred.
  
  Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communicati
