Electrical Safety Coordinator – Austin / San Antonio Region

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Electrical Safety Coordinator to oversee safety operations across electrical construction projects in the Austin and San Antonio markets.

The Electrical Safety Coordinator will be responsible for administering safety programs, conducting jobsite inspections, facilitating training, managing PPE programs, and ensuring OSHA compliance across multiple active projects. This role requires regular travel between Austin and San Antonio project locations.

• Administer and implement safety policies and procedures across regional projects.
• Conduct weekly project safety inspections and audits.
• Lead new-hire safety orientations and specialized training programs.
• Conduct First Aid and CPR training.
• Manage PPE procurement, inventory, and compliance.
• Coordinate with general contractors, field leadership, and safety personnel.
• Maintain safety documentation and reporting through Procore.
• Provide project support as needed across multiple job sites.

• Previous construction experience required; electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Proficient with Procore and standard computer applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel throughout the region.

• Hourly Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided for business use
• Overtime opportunities as required
