BIM Modeler

Position: BIM Coordinator (Full‑time)

Location:

Taylor, TX

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Create and update BIM models based on design documents.
• Ensure models adhere to project standards and naming conventions.
• Maintain organized and accurate models throughout all project phases.
• Support model coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Facilitate clash detection to identify potential design conflicts.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Leads regarding routing conflicts or missing data.
• Execute revisions promptly based on markups, RFIs, and design changes.
• Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing assigned views and correcting inconsistencies.

• 3+ years in BIM modeling or related field.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Construction, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in detailed annotation and drawing production.
• Familiarity with Revit and BIM tools.
• Basic understanding of construction documents and design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
