Job Description Successful candidates must live in the San Antonio, TX area.

We are looking for a talented individual…To join our team as a Commercial Field Specialist! As a Commercial Field Specialist you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

You’re a great fit if you can…Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups.

Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis

Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products

Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

Type of Work Ability to work in-person in Commercial environments with HVAC Equipment Target Compensation $60,000

DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00

CurrencyUSDType Salary Any  offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
