GE Vernova is seeking an AT Team Lead to operate and maintain offshore wind turbine assets on the Haliade-X platform. You will bridge strategic planning with hands-on execution, leading offshore crews and coordinating task readiness, tooling, and KPI reporting.
You will require at least 5 years as a Wind Technician, 3 years in troubleshooting, and proven leadership of field teams, with strong English communication and ability to work offshore and travel as needed.
