** Purpose
* * The Manufacturing Operations Manager will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of a semiconductor advanced packaging fabrication facility, with full accountability for wafer lot starts, cleanroom readiness, material flow, tool availability, and workforce execution. This role drives safe, disciplined, and high-yield manufacturing through rigorous operational controls, structured material and spares management, and tight coordination between production, engineering, facilities, and supply chain teams.##
