Senior Project Engineer

Salary - $140,000 - $180,000 + Medical & Dental + 401K + PTO + Bonuses

Are you a Senior Project Engineer with strong experience in energy storage and power systems, looking for a technically hands‑on role where you own projects end to end and play a key role in the delivery of grid‑connected energy systems?

This is an excellent opportunity to take technical ownership of complex energy storage projects, working across controls, software, and power systems from early design through commissioning. You will operate close to the technology, engage directly with customers, and influence how projects are delivered as the organization continues to scale.

In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of energy storage and EMS projects, coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities. You will work closely with controls, electrical, and commissioning teams to develop and implement control logic and software features, support customer requirements, and ensure successful project execution. This role combines hands‑on engineering with project leadership in a highly technical environment.

• Lead technical delivery of energy storage and EMS projects from design through commissioning
• Develop, implement, and refine control logic and software features
• Install and commission software, hardware, and controls equipment remotely and on‑site
• Work directly with customers on requirements, reviews, and project planning

• Experience delivering energy storage or grid‑connected power projects
• Background in electrical, controls, or power systems engineering
• Hands‑on experience with energy management systems and control logic
• Experience with model‑based systems or controls engineering
