• Work on new product introductions of high performance mixed-signal audio integrated circuit products while driving yield improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement; prototype sample generation, yield enhancement, characterization, qualification, test development, cost reduction, customer returns, and release to test contractors; create test software programs and design test hardware for a variety of Automated Test Equipment platforms; coordinate with other integrated circuit product functions across the company.

• Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus three years of experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus five years of experience. In all cases, experience must include: three years of experience as a product engineer in the semiconductor industry; and three years of experience with volume data analysis.
  
  All experience may be gained concurrently. In addition, the position requires: knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing sufficient to drive resolution of qualification failures; and knowledge of and proficiency with mixed-signal integrated circuit debugging sufficient to analyze and highlight quality concerns.

Export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license.
