Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of nuclear equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
  • Support radiation monitoring, contamination control, and decontamination procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data from nuclear systems, preparing comprehensive written reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to established safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate findings promptly and clearly to the team.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Nuclear Technician in a closely related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with data collection, analysis tools, and technical documentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying highly organized.
  • Relevant certification or associate degree in nuclear technology, applied sciences, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with remote monitoring systems and digital collaboration tools.
  • Prior involvement in process improvement or technology implementation projects.
  • Advanced training or certification in nuclear safety or radiation protection.
